1. Do you deliver to any countries?

2. how much is the postage?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you order and the shipping destination. For example, 2 panels shading curtain in size of 114''W*96''L, their weight is 2.6kg, and they will be shipped to New York, the shipping cost will be $19.87. If you want to know the exact shipping cost,you can just add all the items you will order to the shopping cart and click the “Proceed to Pay” button, you will enter a new page which allow you to fill in your shipping address, you can choose the destination where the package is supposed to go, then the corresponding shipping fee,total cost as well as discount will be shown to you.

3. How long can I receive the order once paid?

The receiving time = the processing time + the delivery time.The Processing Time: There are different processing times for different items. Average processing time is 3 to 15 working days; however, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website.

The delivery time varies with shipping method. For example: usually, DHL takes 3-9 working days while UPS takes 5-12 working days.

4. Do you accept COD ?

6. What is the thread count?

Thread count is the number of vertical and horizontal threads per square inch. According to Consumer Reports, a thread count of 200 is fine; 400 may be softer. But anything above 400 will likely only provide a higher price tag.

7. What does your 4 piece set exactly comes with?

The 4 pieces duvet cover set includes 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, no comforter included.

8. What size should I choose ,if I have a king/ queen/ single bed ?

Due to the name of bedding size differs among countries, we offer a size chart for all the international customers. Please choose the right size according to your current duvet’s length and width. Here is our size chart.

9. How is the quality of your products?

Beddinginn has a well-established inspection team and all the products must be inspected very strictly before they are shipped out. There is no need at all to worry about the quality and we will always provide you with the best quality items and service.

10. Can I return if I do not like the product received ?

Of course you can return if you don’t like it but the return shipping fee will be at your expense and we will issue you a product fee refund after we receive the returned item.

You need to make sure the items are in good and original condition before you make the return.

Note: some categories such as intimates, wall stickers and towels are not returnable.

11. Do you accept payment on the phone?

16. Can your wall stickers be easily removed without damaging the wall?

The wall stickers are easily for both being attached and removed so please don’t worry and they won’t damage your walls.

17. Does the shower head come with the arm?

The shower head doesn't come with the arm and the price is just for the head.

18. Grommet curtain includes sheer and valance?

Grommet curtain includes 2 panels shading curtains, not includes sheer or valance. If you need to order matching sheer and valance, please see matching sheer item ID from descriptions or contact us. Or please tell us shading curtain item code, we will check if we can make matching sheer for you. Also,please tell us the rod length, we will check the price for you.

And you can choose curtain sets, our curtain set includes 2 panels shading cloth and sheer (sewing together), it is a good deal for our customers.

19. How do I choose the right curtain size?

For shading curtain&sheer&curtain sets, we suggest that you choose a curtain width 2 times wider than the width of the pole or track to create folds.

For valance, We suggest you choose width 9~12''wider than window width.

Notice: Valance is a customized product, we do not accept the return of size problems, please confirm the size before placing an order.

20. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for some items or when we launch some promotions. But if you place a big order, we will offer a good discount for you.

22. Can I buy the matching pillow shams shown in the picture or matching fitted sheet?

We can provide you with extra pillow cases or pillow shams based on extra cost. If you need some, please leave us a message in your order and our customer service representative will contact you for the extra cost after you make the payment for the order.

23. What is the duvet cover?

Duvet cover is used to wrap and protect your duvet so that your duvet won’t be damaged or get dirty so fast. Washing duvet cover will be easier.

24. Do you do whole sales ,and what is the minimum purchase request?
