*Please reserve the packaging and order information notes when you receive the parcel for after-sale service.

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days from the delivered date.


1. In order to solve your problem quickly and effectively, please contact Beddinginn Customer Service Staff before you return your items. If not, we should reserve the right of final interpretation of all activities.
2. Items received within 7 days from the delivered date.
3. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
4. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
5. After we receive your returning parcel and the item(s) are in original condition, then we will refund the money to your account within 2-7 working days 



Note: Items of intimates, wall stickers, bath linens and custom made items can’t be returned or exchanged.
